Looking for opinions on new Samsung 32" and 40" lcd's with 3000:1 contrast ratio. (1 Viewer)

Hello all. I've been looking for reviews on the new Samsung LCD's that have the 3000:1 contrast ratio and haven't really found many review. I'm particularly interested in the 32" and 40" models. Does anyone own one of these or could someone point me in the direction of a reputable review? I compared the 32" Samsung to a 32" sharp Aquos and the difference in color was startling to me. The blacks and color on the Samsung appears light years better than the Sharp. Thanks!

I'm curious about the same thing. I'd love the Samsung 40in LCD, if the price was about $800 cheaper. It's going for $2799 at Circuit City. My budget was $1800 because that's how much the 42in Samsung DLP was (until I found out it doesn't fit in our built-in entertainment center.

I'll be interested to see what folks tell you...
