Good morning to all the experts,

My wife and I just bought a new place and currently are using a 106" screen + epson home cinema 8500 projector. We are looking to possibly buy a new tv to replace the projector. one of the reasons we are thinking about switching tv is that we dont want to have wires running all over. I know what we would have to run power or hdmi across the ceiling or the floor for the projector, but a normal tv we wouldnt have to run them anywhere. We are looking at a budget of $3000 or less. Any recommendations of which way to go would be great.

Thank you.

$3000 or less would be tough for 80"+. LG 86" 4K is about $7000... If you are happy with the 1080p world stay with a projector. You can get E-Shift protectors in that price range.

What is an E-Shift Projector? and is there a way to wirelessly send HDMI signal from a receiver to a projector? that would be 1 less wire to deal with and we would have to only wory about power.
