The new alpine AI-net piece is the only one I am aware of which allows direct control of the iPod via the head unit.

That is the one I had heard of but I did not know if I was just blind to the rest and could not find any of if it was the only one!

Alpine has one due for release right about now. However, Pioneer is also releasing a unit, I believe, at the end of this moonth.
