Drywall is going up soon and would like to pre-run some HDMI cables for both a plasma and projector. Need about 25 feet for each, or maybe even 30 feet. Not looking to pay a fortune, any ideas for good sources appreciated.

I highly recommend installing Conduit instead of cables. That way you can install any cables you need. Make sure the conduit is large enough to accomodate future needs. Otherwise you'll need an HDMI cable that is UL rated for in-wall use or you'll have a fire code violation.

    Blue Jeans Cable.
But long runs of HDMI and or DVI is not recommended and a amplifier will be needed! I believe 6-9 foot is the max length before amplification.
