Looking for advice setting up complete house with inteligent remotes and all (1 Viewer)

OK, so we're building a new house. I would like to have many of the rooms in the house using the niles/or someone else remotes under the light switches. I plan on having this in the game room, workout room, patio 1 and patio 2, master bedroom, Living room, and kids living room. Needless to say I know that's a lot of places to pump sound but mostly just to run cd/ipod/tv/etc sound through. I don't know of any mulitple room system with the exception of Niles any ideas on where to start???
