    Hi,

I have the SKS-HT240 Onkyo 6.1 speakers. I am looking for a receiver in the $300-500 price range, with Dobly Pro Logic IIx, and surround headphone support. The Yamaha RX-V550 seems perfect for my needs, but I don't where I can get it.

    Thanks!

why dont you look into the yamaha rx-v650 or the rx-v750. they both have the ypaoi feature (dont know if the 550 does) and the rx-v750 upconverts s-video/composite to component. try going to yamahas website and do a search for a local authorized dealer near you.

Have you been able to listen to those speakers. How do they sound? Compared to maybe the ones that come with the 770?
