I'm currently in the market for a decent video capture card to create high quality streaming content for web sites. The models I'm looking at are the DV200 and DV500 PLUS by Pinnacle Systems. My budget is at $350.00 but I can go up to $400.00 if necessary.
Looking forward to several informative responses. [IMG]

For that budget, you're on the right track. To really get up to better grade, you have to make a significant jump (say, about $990 to the Matrox RT-2000) and then on up..
But for what you're trying to do, you're on the right track.
