Do you know of a good source for what is on specific Blu-Ray discs? (Besides what is on the forum, of course.) I don't mean reviews of the movie, but what features are included, and ideally, what is different between the BD and DVD versions. In other words, info that would help decide if the BD is worth the extra price or worth the cost of upgrading.

For standard DVDs, amazon is usually great for this, but for Blu-Ray, their descriptions are often lacking, so I start wading through the user reviews, many of which are for other verisons of the disc. I really wish they wouldn't mix them together since the BD and DVD are separate products.

Thanks.

Amazon is notorious for inaccurate and incomplete specs and content info. The best online retailer that I've found, so far as accurate information, is dvdempire.com. Their prices are not the lowest, but it's a good place for the listing of items. Also, they have quality scans of the back and front of the cover art, so you can look closely at what the studio lists for features and specs.

Thanks, everyone.

I was at Walmart today and was stunned to see some BDs for $10 each. Haven't checked reviews yet, but some of the titles were Saw 1 & 2, Total Recall, T2, Rambo trilogy.

Edit: OK, I read the reviews and see that $10 is close to the amazon price for those titles. I'm still surprised there are BDs of popular movies at that price already.
