Lon Chaney's "The Unknown" and "Mad Love" starring Peter Lorre on TCM tonight! (1 Viewer)

TCM will be showing the ultra-rare "The Unknown" directed by Tod Browning and starring Lon Chaney and Joan Crawford tonight at midnight, EST. Their print is from the last surviving copy from russia (has digitally re-created intertitles) and a really nice score by The Alloy Orchestra.

Following that, they'll be showing Mad Love (NO! NOT THE DREW BARRYMORE/CHRIS O'DONNELL MOVIE!!!) starring Peter Lorre. It too is super-rare and is a great horror movie to be watched at 1 AM, EST following "The Unknown"

Leave it to TCM to show the cool rare stuff!

Cool. Im a a Lon Chaney fan and will pop in a tape right now. Ive heard of this film but have never seen it.
