I loved this when I saw it in theaters a couple of months ago.

It's great with the exception of Darren Criss who adds absolutely nothing to it and actually disses Liza. And oddly, unless I missed it, it doesn't delve much nto her film career other than Cabaret and New York, New York ( i.e. her major flops in the 70's and her comeback in Authur) nor her close bond with her father and starring in his last film (even if a flop). Also nothing much on her performing through the 90's and on, nor her Pet Shop Boys album. But for what it does show it's excellent in every way as is she.

In the commentary, the filmmakers reveal that their intent in the picture was to focus on the Liza of the 1970s, but I didn't get that watching it since fourth husband David Gest is touched on, and there are clips from throughout her life.
