Is the making of the "Do They Know It's Christmas" video on the new Live Aid DVD as a bonus?
I have a 30 minute VHS tape of the "Story Of The Official Band Aid Video". It was released on Vestron Video. It is probably the Best BEHIND-THE-SCENES look at the making of a song.
Bono, Sting, Phil Collins, Boy George and all the rest of the UK Superstars that came together back in 1984 to record the original "Do They Know It's Christmas?" song.
The video chronicles the day of the recording and how each pop star sang their part, with false-starts, warm-ups, rehearsals, & out-takes. I've never seen anything quite like it before. They are laughing, goofing around, and having lots of fun. It is one of the coolest looks inside a recording studio.
If it's not on the Live Aid DVD, perhaps it will be released or has been released on it's own?
Does anyone know anything about it?
