It seems like everytime I turn around, Internet Explorer adds a folder titled "Links" to my Favorites folder. I delete it and then it comes back again almost immediately. It has been happening for about 3 months and it is driving me batty!
How do I stop this from happening?

Download TweakUI which is part of the Windows PowerTools set. You can turn off the Links folder using that utility.

Another method is to go into the Properties for the 'Links' folder and simply add the attribute 'Hidden' - it will never show up again. [IMG]

You do understand that whatever bookmarks you put in there show up as a Links toolbar in IE? I find it a great way to get to my most recent viewed sites...
