Any obvious pros and cons to using a line level amplifier for my Pro amp?

Also, where can I get one?

    Thanks

I just found this site though it's for car audio with a dc power supply it should easily convert for HT use with the appropriate adapters. Sorry Martice about this late posting (just found it) and if I remember correctly you picked up the SVS blackbox, how's it doing?

    Just one questions Martice, "Why?"

I have a pro amp and no issues driving it from my Sony DA5ES. The Sony is at 0dB (goes to +10dB) and the amp's gain is less than halfway up.

    Hi Guys.

I figured out that the reason for my low output level from my amp was because I had the output signal switch on the back of BFD set to the -10db setting as opposed to the +4db. Once I changed the setting on the back of the BFD, I was then able turn down the levels on my pro amp and had plenty of headroom to spare.

Thanks for asking and all is well.
