Just to let everybody know, this steelbook, unlike all the other Scream Factory/Shout Factory steelbooks, is not a simple repackaging of the previous release. Scream has done a new 4K scan for both cuts of the film.

I love the mostly British cast in Lifeforce. Peter Firth particularly is my favorite.

Steelbooks will be shrinkwrapped. The Blu-rays included inside will have the same content (but with different disc label art) that is currently available in their respective Collector Edition releases. The exception to this is LIFEFORCE—which we’re pleased to announce that we’ve been the green-light to do brand-new 4K film transfers on both versions of the film!

Disappointingly, they wanted to do a new 4K transfer of The Howling for that steelbook, but were told no.
