LG has announced pricing and availability of 2022 UST CineBeam projector models, the HU915QE ($5,999) and HU915QB ($6,499). Both cabinet-top beamers are available direct from LG.com and can each produce a 90-inch image at 5.6 cm or a 120-inch at 18.3 cm from the wall. The HU915QE (pictured above) achieves a claimed 3,700 ANSI lumens and 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio while its pricier sibling, the HU915QB (pictured below), puts out 3,000 ANSI lumens.
Brightness measurements are enhanced for daytime viewing by the onboard three-channel laser engine supporting a separate light source for each RGB primary color. In-built features on both laser TVs include HDR dynamic tone mapping and a brightness optimizer II which promises to adjust brightness levels to ambient light conditions. For improved detail perception, LG uses an adaptive contrast tech which will tweak the light source for each scene.

Thanks Martin but you know us Americans have no idea what a centimeter is. ;)
I remember that from my 23 years living there. But the information comes direct from LG's own US-specific press release. All our subscribed newswires here at HTF are US-based, not international.

You'll be pleased to know, John, that everyone here in Blighty uses imperial measurements anyway because it was The British Imperial system which actually led to the United States Customary System. It was the EU that forced us to go metric, but now we've left!
