And for those of you who were wondering, collection 3 does not have the unMYST-ed versions of the movies.

In fact, they could have just made these 2-disc DVD-9 sets with the same quality.

Frankly, I think to a lot of people, "4 discs" makes it sound like they are getting more, and they make them this way for marketing purpose.

I guess there was not a scam; both my original order and my replaced order went through and received two sets, Fed X. Wow. Sorry to those guys whose orders were canceled; I've been on that side of plenty of these deals too.

Here's the scuttlebutt on future DVD sets from the "Satellite News" email list:

Our source at Rhino has told us the following about its MST3K plans:

"Though nothing further is scheduled for 2003, we are in the process of
evaluating which properties we can acquire and bring out on DVD next year."

As things stand now, the only VHS titles that have not been released on DVD
are "Shorts Vol. 3" and episode 511- GUNSLINGER. Our source has no info right
now on whether they will ever come out on DVD.

Our source promises to get us more info as soon as he knows it, so, as

For me its a toss up between Pod People (Come on a hang-glider!!!) and Manos (which was painful to watch)

However, Hobogolins does deserve an honerable mention. As does Jack Frost.

I always mix those two up, cause both had intros composed of scenes from different films.

However, Pod People was horrible as well.
