No one needs to apologize for any of the mentions here, since guilty pleasures are films we like despite our better judgment. I hesitated a bit before including Them!--it does, after all, possess many redeeming features. But then I stepped back and looked at the big picture: nuclear testing resulting in giant ants terrorizing the Los Angeles tunnel system. Yeah, sure. Ergo, it's a guilty pleasure--though a well-made one.
Here's another one: The Beast With a Million Eyes. And The Giant Gila Monster. American International Pictures was the home of guilty pleasures.
