LCD or DLP in the 2500.00 range (1 Viewer)

What do you guys recommond? I lost my mits 55' crt in the hurricane. Lighting hit it. I have a 2500 dollar budget. I've seen the toshiba 52hm95 dlp and the sony lcd, both look great..any suggestions? What to look for?

personally, if you're going lcd, look at the sony. if you're going dlp, look at the samsungs.

I'm a bit biased, but I love my Sony KDF 55XS955 LCD Projection. The screen Door Effect can be a bit bothersome, but the rainbows in the DLPs give me headaches.
