Just curious, are LCD monitors susceptible to magnetic interference from unshielded speakers? I'm hoping to use Dayton BR-1s as computer speakers.

LCD and CRT monitors differ alot, A CRT monitor "Sprays" electrons so to speak at the screen, They are very sensitive to magnetic forces.

An LCD monitor does not and there for is very resistant to magnetic forces.

I would be cautious of any other type of magnetic sensitive media you may have around however. Floppy disk etc.

keep your tower away from your speakers, hardrives are a magnetic medium and may be susceptable to strong outside magnetic fields.
