In reply to why I didn't like it: (spoilers)
I don't know exactly, it felt very detached.... I didn't give
a damn about anyone in it, or what happened to them, they
tried to do too much without letting us get to know anybody.
I didn't feel bad for the customs guy that fell for the asian
lady... I didn't care about the cop thinking he was going to
get blown up... and I really didn't get excited when Harley
stopped the drunk pilots from taking off. I thought the whole thing with the two idiots chasing the dog around was just stupid. And I really don't want yet another show with sexual
tension between the two lead characters from some past
relationship. It mostly felt like they tried to cram way too
much into it without fully taking the time for any one thing. And while trying to cram everything in, lost what
tension they could have had for any individual crisis.
A little more time devoted to either the drunk pilots or
the bomb could have made for some tense moments, instead
they seemed rushed and poorly shot/edited.
I would have prefered to have a more boring pilot ep. with
a few less plot lines and let me start getting to know the
people behind the jobs, make me want to watch it again to see
what they do next, make me care whether or not they get
blown up, fired or lose a frickin' dog. As it is, I don't
care if I ever see any one of them again.

There, hope I made sense and didn't ramble on too much.... it's early.

I'll chime in and say I tried watching it. I made it 20 minutes before I changed the channel. I don't know if it was my mood at the time, but it felt like I'd seen the show before. I can't explain it -- but it just seemed "old and busted".

I don't know what I expected but I was basically let down by the whole tone of the show. It just seemed like it doesn't know what it wants to be. None of the situations were treated seriously, the characters didn't seem like real people and the ending was pure pandering sap.
