Well, if Locklear didn't have fake boobs before, she does now.

I think I'm done with this show, it just reeks of mediocrity.

The end with the orphans just felt so tacked on, pandering-wise.

My NBC screwed up the sound and I could not hear any dialogue until the dog was sniffing out the drugs on that "asian" lady that was there to meet a guy in the states. After that, the show had black bars all the way around. This was my HD channel by the way.

From what I saw, I'm not too impressed.

My HD channel also had black bars on all four sides, right from the opening credits.

Missus Sambora-Locklear was on Howard Stern Monday AM and categorically denied getting implants. She even invited HS to come over and feel 'em.

She's been very forthcoming in previous interviews..so I tend to beleive her!

I was not impressed with this show, at all. Heather Locklear seems to be portraying the same character as she did in Spin City.

I'm done with it, even before it really gets started. I think the the whole premise is a cheap, uncreative, shot at getting ratings. It's as if the networks haven't tried to milk enough neilsons from terrorism w/ the news magazines.

[A new terrorism threat... Everyone is in danger... Lock your doors and windows... We'll tell you all about it--after these messages from our sponsors] Please.

it's better than Hawaii, which isn't saying much...I will give it credit for having good music though.

My HD also missed the dialog. I missed about 5 minutes because there was sound from the music video and background but not voices. I could hear on non HD.

She was pretty much the same in 90210 too. That's her, and they know how to write her so that this comes out.

I didn't expect it to feel 'real'. It's just like the cop shows. An average beat is just plain boring, so they cram stuff in to make it better.

It actually reminds me of 'The Love Boat', and for me that isn't a bad thing yet, so I'm going to watch a few more before I make a final decision on it.

    > It's as if the networks haven't tried to milk enough neilsons from terrorism w/ the news magazines.

Huh? There wasn't much about terrorism. Really just the suitcase subplot, which wasn't terrorism anyway

I guess I'm one of the few who liked it. I like these behind-the-scenes, Arthur Haileyesque shows about a certain industry, like Las Vegas. Nice change of pace from the usual formula cop, lawyer, doctor shows. And anything with Heather is worth watching. The fact that I'm a pilot probably has something to do with it. Why did it take so long to get a series set in an airport (other than Wings).

I would also compare it to the Love Boat (multiple subplots that don't continue week-to-week), minus the cameos & cheesiness.

Also most shows, especially dramas, take a while to get going, so anytime I like the pilot episode, I take notice. I hope NBC gives this a chance.

Won't they all be pilot episodes? [IMG]

I thought it was pretty bad. The way the situations were handled was just silly. Thank god that's not how real airports are operated. The 'orphan ending' was pathetic and pretty much sealed the deal for me, I won't be watching again.

When I happened to get in last night, the tv was on in the other room and all I could hear was this music that's on the Lincoln Continental commercials. At first I thought it was the commercial, but it went on and on! Finally I walked into the tv room to see what the heck was going on and to my surprise there were two black Lincoln Limos on the screen! They had me going there for a few minutes, lol. Didn't hold my attention though so I flipped it to CSI Miami. Maybe give it another chance next Monday night and watch the whole episode.

    I thought it was ok.

Soon after she said she was just teasing, but supposedly let him feel them at the break. [IMG]

I have a question for those of you that didn't like it (ok, assuming that you are still reading this).

What did you expect to see? Why were you let down?

I kind of liked it too. And I liked Hawaii as well. Guess I'm a fart and turd lover. [IMG]
