This is a basic review of the Laurel and Hardy Collection II - 6 Disc Box Set from Soul Media (Sweden).

The packaging is a plain thin cardboard box in two pieces that separates vertically. The discs are in plastic sleeves, stacked on top of each other inside the box. There is a booklet of photos from some of the movies. The discs themselves have nice artwork. They are Region B locked. I tried playing them in a Standard US Sony Blu-ray Player and they did not work.

I viewed them on a computer using MakeMKV.

Video bitrate: From 25 Mbps to 38 Mbps.
Video filesize: From 10.4 GB to 12.6 GB

Video quality is pretty good. There is some dust and flickering in the Dancing Masters disc. Overall I like the appearance.

Audio tracks:

1. Stereo DTS-HD English
2. Stereo DTS English.

I have watched two movies completely and skipped through the others. The audio is decent to my ears. I use the speakers from my television set, so take it with a grain of salt.

2. Swedish
3. Norwegian
4. Finnish.

I purchased this several years ago, but put it in my storage facility, never did get around to viewing
any of the discs, so I really appreciate the thorough review.
