Solid choices? Really?
So The Clash and Elvis Costello have been nominated. There's a somewhat important band that is now elligible but not mentioned here. And The Clash, Costello, and the others owe them great debt: The Sex Pistols.
At first, the Hall of Fame seemed to be inducting anybody who was somebody at some point. It was a joke. Now the ommissions are becoming the story, and it's an even bigger joke.
