LaserDisc and CC. Closed Caption. (1 Viewer)

Hello All.
Has anyone run into this. The CC-Closed Caption on my LaserDisc comes out all chopped up on my TV when I play the disc. The LaserDisc has CC on it. And the CC is turned on. On the TV. But the CC is all chopped up. Any thoughts on how I may fix this.

I wish i can answer that but i never had to use the CC when playing my discs. Maybe change the resolution setting on your tv?
