I usually only work newer homes, but am installing a laminate floating floor in an old house which has only one entry to the crawlspace - in the pantry. I don't see a way around gluing it down to the door so it is still accessible. It is roughly 4x6 and the door takes up majority of the pantry. Has anyone came across this? Will me gluing it down affect the expansion in such a small room?

Hi Mark, welcome to HTF.
I've only installed one of these iin our 10x10 kitchen. Only thing I know is they tell you to leave 1/4 to 1/2 inch space from the laminate to the walls.
Sorry I can't help.
