Anyone think there is any chance that the Laff-a-Lympics will ever make it to DVD? I used to love this as a kid, and I also enjoy watching it when it airs ever-so-often on the Cartoon Network.

Seeing as how The Wacky Races, also from Hannah Barbera, got a release a few months back, I was hoping that maybe we would hear something about this.

Link to the TV Tome page on the show, for those interested

I would love to see it get released! And Warner could have easily capitalized on the just-ended summer olympics, but oh well. As long as they don't wait another four years before putting it out.

It sucks that there were only 8 episodes of this series. I'm hoping they charge no more than $10 for the DVD.

    LOL....oh ok

They should've had at least 2 more seasons for this show considering the many Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters they had.

I agree that the Olympics would've been a perfect time for this to be released, they showed it on boomarang during the first weekend, and I suppose they could always tie it with the Winter games, which would mean we wouldn't have to wait 4 years for it, but I don't know how high if at all it ranks on their radar.

They really should release Galaxy Goof-ups and Space Race though, as well if they want to keep all their Yogi bases covered.
