I was bored here at work and was fiddling around with crossover formulas... anyway.. I have a question about L-Pad circuits:

If I am using a 2nd order filter on a tweeter, and I want to incorporate an L-Pad, where do the resistors go in relation to the filter parts?

    Is this correct:

    Code:
     o----C1--R1--o-----o
     | |
     R2 |
     | tweeter
     L1 |
     | |
     o------------o-----o

Or is this the way to do it:

    Code:
     o----C1------o-R1-o---o
     | | |
     | | |
     L1 R2 tweeter
     | | |
     | | |
     o------------o----o---o

Or perhaps this is how it's done:

    Code:
     o--R1-o-C1--o---o
     | | |
     | | |
     R2 L1 tweeter
     | | |
     | | |
     o-----o-----o---o
