Yes, the rumors of Fox and Kagemusha are pretty solid since Criterion has already announced Fox titles in their 2004 catalogue - Beyond the Valley of the Dolls & Pickup On South Street, plus there are rumors of other Fox titles like Altman's 8 Women on the way.
