Kudos to USHE - Mockingbird cards

    I'd like to publicly acknowledge Universal Studios Home Entertainment for a recent example of exemplary customer service.

    I bought the LE of To Kill a Mockingbird before last Xmas, but just opened it and watched it last month. I noticed the collectible cards were missing. I wrote USHE an e-mail and received a response the same day asking me to send a copy of my receipt. I would receive the cards "in 2-4 weeks."

    Yesterday I received them (a little over 2 weeks) in an envelope fortified with cardboard. The cards are beautiful and in immaculate condition.

    Thanks to USHE for a beautiful job on the LE set and their customer service.
