Klipsch RC-3 vs RC-3 II (1 Viewer)

I need to get a center to match my RF-3 II mains.

I can get the older model RC-3 for more than 100US less ...

Any tonal differences between the two models?

Or should I just go for the new one?

They are the exact same speaker just upgraded wiring in the rc-3II. I owned both. I too got the cheaper costing rc-3 but I had the rf-3II's and I just would not have felt right knowing my mains were "new" models and the center was the yearbefore. So the extra $ was worth the peace of mind to me. But to answer your Question. They are identical tonally just different wiring.
