Right now Amazon says " Usually ships within 1 to 3 weeks."
I pre-ordered it on Diabolik and they don't have it either

Count me in as somebody who is thrilled with the announcement of Glorifying The American Girl! I'll admit, I've never heard of it, but it sounds like one I should enjoy!
I have no idea whether Kino has licensed The Vagabond King, but I certainly feel like the hope of them trying gives me another reason to buy Glorifying The American Girl without waiting for a sale (and it would be another reason to buy Love Me Tonight when that finally gets announced with a release date)!

Considering the only release it's had that I know of was on VHS, I'd begun to think that The Runner Stumbles would never even get a DVD release. So I'm very happy with this unexpected announcement of a Blu in 2020 for this seemingly forgotten Dick Van Dyke film.

    Kino does it again!

I believe that The Runner Stumbles was Stanley Kramer’s final picture, who is one of my favorite directors.

I liked it. Neither Siskel nor Ebert liked it very much, and I remember being a little surprised at their negative reaction to it.

With the exception of It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World, I dislike Stanley Kramer as a director. However, The Runner Stumbles is one of his more interesting films. It's a failure but an interesting one with a terrific cast.

Excellent news! This is a well crafted, small gem with a nice Dick Van Dyke performance-his last in a leading role. Maybe Kinos release of Scavenger Hunt a couple of years back was a precursor to a Kino deal with Melvin Simon pictures? Was The Manitou through a Studio Canal deal or Melvin Simon? Love at First Bite and Wolf Lake ? Are UFOria, When You Comin Back Red Ryder?,Tilt, Cloud Dancer,Somebody Killed Her Husband, Chu Chu and the Philly Flash,Zorro the Gay Blade and Blood & Guts on the way? Kino has done an outstanding job procuring these films for us. The BCP films were MIA for a while. Will Palomar be next in recreating our teenage cable watching days? Will they finally do justice to a extras filled Blu of When a Strenger Calls?

Speaking of Rene Clement, I'd love to see a Blu-ray of GERVAISE, which is, afaik, with Studio Canal

Me too! I really like the music also. Same music by Max Steiner in the Errol Flynn film The Adventures of Don Juan.

Only sale item that interested me (that I didn't already have) was The Devil's Needle, which I've wanted to see for a while. Ended up also ordering the new Peter Pan '24 disc and pre-ordered The Eagle. I forgot how reasonable even non-sale titles are on the site ($17.99 each). Oh, and some 3-D disc that I assume will be packaged in a brown paper bag.
