I've only spent 3 Days, 10 Hours, 38 Minutes, 17 Seconds Online in the HTF. I thought I had more time invested than that. I'm such a novice.

74 years life expectancy = 64 left after learning to read = 60 to post

24 hours in a day - 9 for work - 8 for sleep = 7 hours free time per day = 153401 hours free time

So every week = 0.1% of life!
Life is short

hmm ... i knew i had around 4k posts, but i'm about to bust 5k.

total time is about 10 days...but if you think about that - that's around 240 hours - now that's some invested time.

but i'm only averaging about 16 minutes per day...boy...sure seems like i'm on more than that!

Not too bad, but my post count on the other hand is ridiculous (a whopping 6 posts).

Hmm That's interesting

3 Days, 17 Hours, 28 Minutes, 26 Seconds Online

Somehow, this doesn't seem right though :)

How is this calculated? Does it use an average read time once a page is loaded into my browser? I mean, how does it know how long I've been looking at my screen?

The reason I ask is... I'm a really slow reader... and I think my total should be at least 3 times as much. :)

That's what I can't figure out *laugh* having been here since the beginning, and posting regularly, though not in the volume of some, I'm surprised it comes up with such stats. I think that's only current, ie, those are the stats since they updated the software or something similar ;)

I don't want to know how much I've been here. I'd hafta join a 12-step support group for DVD addiction. ;)

My name is Tony, and I'm a DVD-a-holic. :D

:frowning: I am depressed... I was about to make fun of you guys for spending so much time on the HTF and I find I'm in the top 10 (not counting admins). I thought I had a life! ;)

That clock can't be right since it has me down for some ridiculously small amount of time. Of course, about four or five software upgrades ago my "member since" date got wiped out, so none of my stats are right. (I don't remember myself how long I've been here, only that I wandered over from the old Compuserve Consumer Electronics Forum, back when this site still had a single section and DVD was still a format people were speculating about. :))

Regards,

Joe
