A friend of mine got KILLER KLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE in the mail yesterday but it had no chapter list insert in the keepcase.
If you got this can you confirm that it indeed has such an insert listing the chapters?

Actually, it doesn't come with an insert.
None of MGM's budget-priced DVDs (the entire Midnight Movie series, THE HOWLING, SCANNERS, etc) include an insert.
I guess the difference between a $9.99 DVD and a $14.99 DVD is a single slip of paper... [IMG]

Thanks. I didn't know that. Haven't bought any of these budget MGM titles yet.

Is it a title from MGM that cost roughly $10? Then you're not missing anything...MGM leaves those out on purpose. I refer to this in the SCANNERS thread.
Scanners & The Howling are 2 other new releases this week that don't have any inserts. I first noticed this trend back in the spring with The Miracle Worker, Hans Christian Anderson, and Yours,Mine,&Ours.

Killer Klowns IS an SE, and a good one at that! It contains an audio commentary, several behind the scenes featurettes, deleted scenes, production gallery, the trailer, and an outakes reel. All for under $10!! I'll deal without a collectible booklet anyday for that kind of deal!

I Just bought Re-Animator from Elite and experienced the same thing. What a drag. This thing usually sells for $25 so I wonder what the hang up was there. Luckily I got it for $19 off EBay.
Kind of off topic, but what's up with all those security stickers covering all three corners of Keep Case on Killer Clowns. It took me close to ten minutes to peel all these things off. No Joke. I can understand the one with a title information on top, but the extra two seems a little bit excessive.

    David,
This has been going on for some time. When was the last time you purchased a title?

David- That's funny that you said that. I just came back
from DVD shopping and was thinking the same damn thing
as I was pulling those damn stickers of The Howling and
Scanners!! I just bought 9 DVD's and NONE of them had
three stickers on them! What do they think they are
    protecting FT. Knox!!!
