Kids "locked" the old Mitsu tv? Help. (1 Viewer)

Long story short. Somehow my little brothers or sisters managed to "lock" the Mitsubishi tv in their bedroom. It is a 35" Mitsubishi console tv that was produced back in 1997. The model number is CK35308. When they turn the tv on it says it's locked and they don't know the code to unlock it! If anyone can help or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

not your model but worth a try if you have QV
"press QV and then 9...make sure you keep the QV button down when you press 9." or 9 & C.V (?) simultaneously.

the user manual "should" have the procedure to reset it.

Bring up the menu and push 2-3-5-6- don't know if you can do it when it's locked but the screen that comes up with those numbers sets everything back to default.
