KEF has unveiled the LS60 Wireless, an active streaming all-in-one music system. Available from the end of this month for $7,000, pre-orders are being facilitated through dealers. It comprises two slimline floor-standing speakers measuring 43 (H) x 5.1 (W) x 12.6 (D) inches with each speaker weighing 70lbs. The towers include in-built amplification totaling 1,400 watts and carry four-inch Uni-Q drivers for wide field audio dispersion.
As well as WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI eARC, optical, coaxial, and RCA connections, the system is recommended for use with both music and movie content, in conjunction with TV displays and gaming platforms. Two subwoofers can be added via sub outputs and the speakers can operate either wired or wirelessly, while enabling complete positioning freedom.
