JVC Flat Screen I'Art Series? (1 Viewer)

Anyone own one of these TV's? How do they compare to the Sony Wega? Do they have a 16:9 anamorphic squeeze feature, b/c I don't see any mention of it on their website. Right now I'm considering getting the AV-36F802 or AV-36F702. Any comments on these sets?

I have a friend who owns the 27F802 and he picked it over the 27FV16 Sony model. He likes the set but it does not have a user menu level squeeze option. I believe people have done it by changing variables in the service menu.
