JVC DVD Player and MP3s (1 Viewer)

I've got a JVC XV-F85 that I'm having trouble with. The users manual says that this player will recognize up to 100 tracks per group (folder). With this in mind I created a test disc with 3 groups (folders) with 100 tracks per group. However, when I play the disc the player will only recognize the first 30 tracks per group (folder). Has anyone else had this problem? Any hints?
