I'm fully aware of that; nevertheless, the original question strongly implied the two discs were identical, not just the two transfers. Because the menus are different, the discs themselves cannot be identical.

I believe the version of Rocky in the set is the older DTS one (same video transfer though) and the new one in the 2 disc set has the commentaries but loses the DTS track

You could very well turn out to be right but I do know that of all the Rocky sets so far, the last few have been bare bones. There was the SE set that had some extras but it's out of production, the first Anthology set that followed it was bare bones, then there was the set containing the first three movies that was released at Thanksgiving and then the re-issue of the Anthology. So, I'm not crossing my fingers but I have decided to wait. I've waited a long time for these movies, I can wait a few more months and it will give me the chance to pick up the TV sets that I'm wanting more that are coming out soon. If you turn out to be right, great but if not, I'm sure the SE of Rocky will still be available and I will just proceed with my original plans.
