just got a Toshiba 27AF42, need info (1 Viewer)

hey all,

i just purchased this tv today and i must say im pretty happy with it. im not a pro but it looks amazingly sharp and the color looks great. i heard that you can get into the tech menu on this unit to enable v-compression, is this true? if so how do i do it? a website would be great. also is there by chance anything i should know about this unit?

also, if/when i figure out how to enable this in the service menu, what would it take if anything to go back to watching normal 4:3 sources like cable? would i have to switch back and forth every time?
