June 23 (Sunday's) Blood Red Sun..anyone see it?

    i didn't have a camera on me.
    did anyone get a pic of that red sun?
    if so, post the link please!
    it was a sight to behold.

    You might ask around at some local New Jersey forums. How the sun looks is dependent upon weather conditions at your local area.

    The sunrise here has been red just about every day since the fires started. Now that the fire here is dying, we are getting smoke from the Arizona fire.

    I was riding a metric century up in Orange County on NY. I bet the sun was red because of the ozone/pollution that comes out when it's blistering hot and humid. Sunday was a very humid and hot day, pushing into the low 90's with ozone alerts everywhere.. Just look at any movie with L.A. in it when it's summertime, you'll see a big red glow on everything, not just the sun.

    Saturday seemed hotter to me cause the sun was full out, versus a little haze and morning clouds on Sunday...
