I actually found this at a store in the NJ area over 3 weeks ago and quickly snatched it up. DO NOT expect a razor-sharp image, as I found the film to be very soft, with grain and dirt and some print damage (almost VHS-like). DO expect another very enjoyable commentary by Joe Bob Briggs (which is the main, if not only, reason I picked up this disc).
If you liked JBB commentary on "I Spit On Your Grave" DVD, you'll definately like this disc.
