Jobs in DVD??

My brother is considering a move to Los Angeles to try an get a job in entertainment. He is a huge DVD fan and would like to be involved in that process. Any suggestions? I figured that somebody in this group would know =)

He has audio and video post production experience both in the "old-fashioned" razor blade/tape processes (his words) and computer-based post.

I have seen many jobs connected to DVDs listed in Craigslist.com; Both in the SF & LA listing.
Check Jobs then the TV, Radio & Film subcatagory
