    Even though i was just a little kid at the time, i remember how fun the original vjs used to be. When mtv was actually a great station.R.I.P, J.J.[​IMG]

    JJ was a class act. I really pretty much stopped watching MTV after he left - he let the music speak for itself, and didn't seek to take attention away from it. He had a smooth way of tying it all together, putting the music in context.

    I liked the original VJs - even Nina Blackwood had her good days. Let's see, there was also Mark Goodman, Alan Hunter, and Martha Quinn.

    I'm glad to hear that his career continued to be successful. He was cool.
