    Which one to get?

    Irregularly shaped room...

    ~12' wide
    ~28' long down one side
~15' long down the other side
12' ceiling with a slope down to 8' in the middle

Combo formal dining (play area) and living room that opens into the kitchen and has a foryer opening coming in the other side. So, it's a pretty open room.

Mostly listen to HT/TV stuff, not a lot of music (or music ouside just some background music, not to shake the room).

Both of these seem to fit the bill and can be had for close to the same price.

    Other HT Specs:
    Yamaha RXV650
    Denon 1910 DVD
JBL E80's for FL and FR
    JBL N-Series Center and surrounds
Seating is ~13' from TV (same distance to sub)

I'm probably going to pick up an EC35 center but that's not for sure yet.

    Which would you get?

    TIA!

I've read reviews of the S120P and it is supposed to be a good sub, however the PB-10 will likely still best it or match it in extension and output. That's a good size room, but I think that either one will do you well. Note that the PB-10 just recently starting to ship so if you were to order one right now, it may take a few weeks to get it, in case you were looking for something immediately.
