jbl s- 38 owners...Are you using banana plugs? (1 Viewer)

Dont really know what I am talking about here so bare with me. How do you guys have your speakers wired up exactly as far as the wire and the speaker and the wire and the receiver? I have an hk 525 if that matters. Should I use banana plugs and if so what kind?

I use bare wire. I never found any banana plugs I really liked. I use bare wire on both ends (receiver/speakser).

I use Monster banana plugs for all of my S-series speakers including my s-38s.

I just installed ban. plugs on my S38's yesterday. If you aren't going to be taking the wires out regularly I don't think you really need the ban. plugs. Just bare wire it and tighten down on them. I only use the plugs because I am constantly changing the wires between two receivers. What kind of stands are you using if you don't mind me asking?
