Are you supposed to keep you sub on 24/7 or turn it off at night?

I don't know anything specifically on that model of sub but I am assuming that it does not have an automatic sub-on when it detects a signal, correct? If indeed it only has an on/off switch and does not have an automatic sub-off then yes, it is fine to leave the sub on all the time, turning it off only during extended times of non use.

The lights on your pb10 should turn red after about 3-5 mins of non use. At that point it will be in standby mode and consume very little power.
