I just got a pair of Jamo S809 speakers and need to set them up on carpet. They are narrow so I need to install the feet but there are no pre drilled holes in the bottom of the speakers. The legs/feet came with wood screws so I guess they assume I will drill holes in the correct locations and put the feet on. This seems strange to me and kind of lame.

Well yes but they are not really a base but 4 metal tabs that you need to screw to the bottom of the speakers. The bottoms are covered with vinyl and I found little dimples in the vinyl that were the pre drilled holes. I didn't see the dimples until I pushed around on the bottom. Thanks for helping.

I kind of figured there had to be something pre-drilled somewhere.
