The boxset has been released since last October. I can get it for $44 from Amazon.I hope I'm not repeating old news.
This isn't about the iTunes versions but The Bit has posted that the 1st 4 Daniel Craig Bonds with be released in UHD to coincide with the new film in late Feb.
I'll wait to see the specs about those.
