    I thought he was dead.
    Instead, he’s 85.
You know how when somebody dies and we start a thread here and a lot of the posters start talking to them, like they’re in the afterlife having their first really good cup of coffee and catching up on the HTF?
Jacks not doing that, Jack is still alive.
Thanks for all the good character parts Jack!

the first time i recall seeing him was in Heaven Can Wait, but something about him seemed so instantly familiar.
he must have been in a lot of tv content before then, because when he was on the screen, it was like seeing a favorite uncle or grandfather again.

it was kind of surreal to see him so much younger in 12 Angry Men years later. That has become such a favorite film, its now become weird to see him looking so old whenever he made a contemporary film.

i hope he's enjoying his golden years, but if he's anything like other 80+ people i've known, he probably isn't.

Well, to switch things around, let's say hello to him instead of goodbye:

Hi, Jack. How's it going? Keep at it. You were great in "Used Cars" and "The Great Muppet Caper". Get back to work soon![IMG]

    Sincerely,

    John Kilduff...

    Well, that was unusual.
