Although we had no Turkey Knapp this year, Ron, Parker, and the gang have officially declared it Christmas Season at the HTF! [IMG] [IMG]

Brett, perhaps it was Turkey Knapp. Maybe he was there and we missed him! [IMG]

But, do they really take the lights down each year? Or, just not light them from January to November?

Mike, very good question. I haven't seen Ron or Parker take them down yet. [IMG]

With so many lights, I wouldn't take them down either. It would be impossible to string them up again and get them all to work. Better to leave it when you figure it out.

Bruce: That's a very "trailer trash" kind of attitude, isn't it? :b [IMG]
Actually, a few years ago, I decided to draw up a simple map on some scrap paper detailing which extension cords go where and then mark which lights and garlands go where. People laugh at me and consider it anal, but it makes the whole process get done in about half the time. And, it really doesn't take me much longer when I take them down after the holiday.

There's more snow on the HTF logo than I got at my house the last two years combined.

Please don't tell me they leave them up year-round. And if that snow melts and I see an orange extension cord on the roof I'm calling the neighborhood association and raising hell! [IMG]

Brett, absolutely. There's gotta be some zoning laws that cover that sort of thing. [IMG]
Actually, I'm not sure Ron and Parker would use a pedestrian orange extension cord. They probably bought some higher-end cord that delivers cleaner power. Not to mention that they are probably using a power conditioner. Did you notice how bright the lights are? [IMG]

How come there aren't any lights on the tree?
